Thank you for choosing BFD Travel to plan your travel arrangements. This authorization is required to complete your booking and confirm your travel services when purchases are not made directly by you through a supplier’s website.
By signing this authorization, you approve BFD Travel to submit payment on your behalf to the appropriate travel supplier, which may include airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, or other travel vendors.
Charges will be processed only by the designated travel supplier and/or applied toward securing your reservation. BFD Travel does not process or store payments outside of approved booking channels.
This authorization is not required for travel purchases you complete independently through a supplier’s website.
Your signature confirms your agreement to the booking details, payment terms, and applicable supplier policies associated with your travel arrangements.

To protect both you and BFD Travel from unauthorized transactions and credit card fraud, a clear photocopy of the credit card used for payment is required at the time of submission. This verification step is mandated by many travel suppliers and helps ensure that all payments are approved, authorized, and properly documented.
All submitted card information is used solely for booking purposes and is handled with strict confidentiality.
If you prefer not to upload a credit card copy, alternative payment options such as Zelle or CashApp are available upon request. Please contact me directly prior to submitting your payment form to receive alternate payment instructions.
Failure to provide the required payment verification may delay or prevent your booking from being secured.
Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
By authorizing this transaction, you acknowledge that chargebacks or payment disputes will not be used as a substitute for resolving concerns directly with BFD Travel or the travel supplier. You agree to contact BFD Travel first to address any questions, changes, or concerns related to your booking prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution. Unauthorized or unwarranted chargebacks may result in: Immediate cancellation of travel services without refund, subject to supplier penalties. Loss of future booking privileges with BFD Travel Responsibility for any fees, penalties, or administrative costs incurred as a result of the chargeback. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws but is intended to protect against fraudulent or improper disputes for services that have been authorized and booked on your behalf.
