Terms & Conditions – Booking Quote Acknowledgment

By submitting this quote request form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Deposit Readiness: You confirm that you are financially prepared to place a travel deposit at the time of booking. Travel deposits typically range from $200–$300 per person, depending on the supplier and package selected.

• Intent to Book: Quote requests are reserved for travelers who are ready to book within two (2) weeks of submitting an inquiry.

• Responsiveness Requirement: Timely communication is essential. Lack of responsiveness to quotes, follow-up questions, or booking communications may limit or void eligibility for complimentary quote services in the future.

• Pricing & Availability: All quotes are based on current availability and rates at the time of inquiry and are subject to change until a deposit is placed and the booking is secured.

• Booking Confirmation: Travel arrangements are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and applied.
